Basic Clean
$40/hr + GST Per Cleaner.
Based on a 2 hour minimum charge per cleaner.
( Usually 2 - 3 cleaners at a time)
If only one cleaner is requested, then it will be 3 hours minimum charge.
This is a regular cleaning offered one time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Basic cleaning includes:
- Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms.
-Dusting and Sanitizing surfaces.
- Carpet/Rug: Vacuuming.
- Floors: Vacuuming & Mopping.
Deep Clean
$45/hr + GST Per cleaner.
Based on a 2 hours minimum charge per cleaner.
(Usually 2 - 3 cleaners at a time).
If only one cleaner is requested, then it will be 3 hours minimum charge.
This is a more intense & thorough clean.
- Everything mentionned in the Basic cleaning.
- Inside and outside of appliances such as Fridge, Stove, Ovens.
- Cleaning inside & on top of the cupboards and cabinets.
- Moving furnitures so we can clean all around & underneath.
- Dust & Wash sides of furnitures.
- Wash Walls, Doors and Baseboards.
- Wash windows and window ledges.
- Dust/Clean the blinds.
Move Out Cleans
$45/hr + Gst Per Cleaner
Based on 2 hour minimum charge per cleaner.
( 2- 3 cleaners)
This thorough clean will leave your house like brand new. Trash removal, wall washing, baseboards and much more
AIR BNB/VACATION RENTALS CLEANING AND MANAGEMENT
Rates vary.
Vacation rentals management, turnovers, entire house clean, changing bedding, Laundry, BBQ cleaning, garbage removal, Maintenance, general repairs, snow removal, Hot tub maintenance and much more.
